PROPS: None needed. You might choose to practice your headstand near a wall. Make sure your space is clear without anything that you could hit, in case you fall out of the pose.
NOTES: When going upside down, it's always better to work with a real-life teacher! To start, you might choose to do this practice near a wall. Avoid headstands if you have glaucoma, neck problems, high or low blood pressure.
